Jack McWalter is back to discuss a major issue within Boca Raton – the Midtown rezoning project. Crocker developers are asking to rezone the area, which includes Paradise Palms, Boca Bath and Tennis and Boca Verde, to allow 2,500 more housing units.
Recently the developers held a presentation that included input from the residents. With most of these issues being resolvable – we think Boca Raton residents should give the project a chance.
