JOIN US FOR AN ABOVE AND BELOW CLEANUP!

Time: 8:00AM to 10:30AM
All ages are welcomed, and community service hours will be provided by Vŏnē Research. After registering with Dixie Divers, please stop by our table to grab a pair of disposable gloves and a bucket. See Event HERE

Volunteers are also needed to dive the pier and man the pier topside such as pulling up the buckets divers will fill with mono-filament line and lead sinkers and co-ordinate with the surface onlookers. Proper protective gloves are mandatory. RSVP HERE
Here are some reminders:
Please bring all of your gear if going Scuba. (tanks, weights, Bcds etc..) If you need rental gear please get it from your local store… do not wait for the last minute as rentals will be sold out.
Parking is free for the first 90 cars. You can pay with a credit card to park on the street or in the parking lot close to the Fire Station. OR pay $13.00 for parking in the big parking garage across from Island Water Sports 123 NE 20th Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.

No tents or gear can be placed on the sidewalk. However, they are permitted in the sand or grass.
Be patient because we are a non-profit event and all the people are working as volunteers.

Again this is a fun event to all ages, lets keep organized and not rush.
We are going take a group picture at 8:50 AM and be in the water by 9:00 AM.
If cleaning the beach, please sign in with Dixie Divers – then head over to the SOS Ocean Clean Up and Boca Save our Beaches table to pick up your beach cleanup supplies.
