Area” of Pearl City! those properties are owned by many owners within Pearl City who do not practice what they preach. Invest & improve those properties on Dixie Hwy! Don’t wait for the city to come in & give them $$ Money! There is nothing Historic except the dirt they are sitting on! Making it difficult for people that have bought & trying to improve the area! The owners should have replaced all those jalousie windows with impact windows!
