Recently, I received a letter from a reader commenting on the ‘Proposed Wildflower Property Lease.’
Below is the letter in its entirety for your consideration.

Once again, a both informative and xcellent post!!
Can you imagine discovering a lease, such as this, written and discovered in the ‘private sector’?!?!!
Wasn’t the discovery of the poorly written lease so ’embarrassing’ that it was actually removed from the Council Meetong Agenda?
Thanks John Wood for your diligence.

Thank you John for your time and effort in flushing out these numbers. Thank you Al for letting us see another person’s review of the lease. As a former business owner I never understood why the Chamber of Commerce executives and members commented positively about the figures in this lease. Mr. Glenn Gromann, a Planning and Zoning member, has said it was the best lease he has seen. Have these individuals actually gone through the numbers? Or it is they just want what they want – a 45 yr. lease of a restaurant. As a business owner, I hope they are better at analyzing their own business financials to know whether or not they are showing a profit. Judging from their comments about how a great lease this is, I would seriously doubt it.
